Delete in the extension
Open BuyWise AI, choose Account, then select Delete account. Confirm the request when prompted.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@buywiseai.uk from the address associated with the account and use the subject “Account deletion request”. We may verify ownership before deletion.
What happens
The account and associated analysis history are scheduled for deletion. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
